Flux Watches – Refund & Return Policy

Effective September 2025

At Flux Watches, we believe in crafting exceptional timepieces and equally exceptional customer experiences.
This return policy reflects our commitment to clarity, fairness, and respect for our patrons.

1. Online Purchases

If you purchased your Flux watch directly from our website and it remains unworn and unused, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns must include:

Original packaging

All protective coverings

All included accessories

Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Payment Processing Fees

Refunds are subject to deduction of Stripe's non-refundable processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These are not recoverable by Flux Watches.

3. Event and Retail Purchases

For purchases made at in-person events or through retail partners:

Returns may be accepted if the item is unworn and complete

A restocking fee of up to 6% may apply

Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for return

4. Custom and Bespoke Items

Any watch that has been customized — including engravings, special finishes, or bespoke elements — is considered final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Defective or Malfunctioning Items

If your watch exhibits a manufacturing defect, you may return or exchange it under our Warranty Policy.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
They will be issued to your original payment method, less any Stripe fees or applicable restocking charges.

8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers found to be abusing the policy, including:

Repeated return requests

Signs of wear or tampering

Fraudulent or deceptive behavior

9. Shipping, Duties & VAT

Worldwide shipping is free on all purchases.

We ship using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) where applicable, meaning import duties and courier fees are covered by Flux Watches.

VAT, GST, or other local sales taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be collected by your local tax authority upon delivery.

At Flux Watches, we pride ourselves on cultivating a relationship of mutual understanding and respect with our patrons. Every watch we create reflects not only our dedication to thoughtful craftsmanship but also our commitment to transparency and trust. These preorder terms are designed to honor that relationship - ensuring both clarity for you, and accountability from us.

1. Preorder Overview

Flux Watches offers the Quadras Launch Edition model for preorder as part of a limited production run. All preorders are processed with full payment at checkout to secure your unit and reserve your place in the production schedule.

2. Payment Structure

Preorder payments are split as follows: - 25% Deposit (Non-Refundable): This portion secures your reservation and contributes to the production costs. It is non-refundable under any circumstance. - 75% Final Balance (Refundable): This portion is refundable only prior to shipment. Once the watch is shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Example: On a $2,000 preorder:
- $500 is a non-refundable deposit
- $1,500 is refundable prior to shipping (less Stripe processing fees).

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your preorder at any time prior to shipment. In doing so, you will receive a refund for the 75% balance portion only. The 25% deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you cancel after shipment, our Return Policy will apply. Refunds may be subject to deductions for non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by Stripe (approximately 2.9% +$0.30 per transaction).

4. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery for the Quadras Launch Edition is Q2 2026. This is a best-effort estimate. Flux Watches will communicate production and delivery updates via email. In the event of a significant delay, you may contact us to request a refund of the refundable portion of your payment.

5. Non-Transferable

Preorders are non-transferable. The name and address associated with the order must match the shipping details. Please contact us if you need to update your information.

6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Flux Watches reserves the right to:
- Cancel any preorder for any reason (including suspected fraud or abuse),
- Issue a full refund (including deposit) in such cases at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping will be handled via our selected logistics partners, and you will be notified when your order is ready to ship. Our standard Return Policy applies once the item is shipped.

8. Agreement
