Flux Watches – Refund & Return Policy

Effective September 2025

At Flux Watches, we believe in crafting exceptional timepieces and equally exceptional customer experiences.
This return policy reflects our commitment to clarity, fairness, and respect for our patrons.


1. Online Purchases

If you purchased your Flux watch directly from our website and it remains unworn and unused, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns must include:

  • Original packaging

  • All protective coverings

  • All included accessories

Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.


2. Payment Processing Fees

Refunds are subject to deduction of Stripe's non-refundable processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These are not recoverable by Flux Watches.


3. Event and Retail Purchases

For purchases made at in-person events or through retail partners:

  • Returns may be accepted if the item is unworn and complete

  • A restocking fee of up to 6% may apply

  • Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for return


4. Custom and Bespoke Items

Any watch that has been customized — including engravings, special finishes, or bespoke elements — is considered final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.


5. Defective or Malfunctioning Items

If your watch exhibits a manufacturing defect, you may return or exchange it under our Warranty Policy.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@fluxwatches.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will provide detailed return instructions and shipping information.


7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
They will be issued to your original payment method, less any Stripe fees or applicable restocking charges.


8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers found to be abusing the policy, including:

  • Repeated return requests

  • Signs of wear or tampering

  • Fraudulent or deceptive behavior


9. Shipping, Duties & VAT

  • Worldwide shipping is free on all purchases.

  • We ship using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) where applicable, meaning import duties and courier fees are covered by Flux Watches.

  • VAT, GST, or other local sales taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be collected by your local tax authority upon delivery.
