At Flux Watches, we pride ourselves on cultivating a relationship of mutual understanding and respect with our patrons. Every watch we create reflects not only our dedication to thoughtful craftsmanship but also our commitment to transparency and trust.
These preorder terms are designed to honor that relationship — ensuring both clarity for you, and accountability from us.
By placing a preorder for the Flux Quadras, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Flux Watches offers the Quadras model for preorder as part of a limited production run.
All preorders are processed with full payment at checkout to secure your reservation and production allocation.
Your preorder payment consists of two components:
$500 Non‑Refundable Deposit: This deposit secures your watch allocation and contributes directly toward production. It is non‑refundable under any circumstance.
Remaining Balance: The remainder of the preorder amount is refundable prior to shipment. Once your watch has shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.
Example (for $2,000 preorder):
$500 = non‑refundable deposit
$1,500 = refundable before shipment (less Stripe processing fees)
You may cancel your preorder at any time prior to shipment. In such cases, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the $500 non‑refundable deposit.
Refunds are also subject to deduction of Stripe’s non-recoverable processing fees (approx. 2.9% + 30¢).
Once the watch ships, our Return Policy applies.
Estimated delivery for the Flux Quadras is late Q1 2026.
Flux Watches will communicate production and delivery updates via email.
In the event of a significant delay, you may request a refund of your refundable balance portion.
Preorders are non‑transferable.
The name and address associated with the preorder must match the shipping details.
Please contact us promptly for any changes.
Flux Watches reserves the right to:
Cancel any preorder for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse
Issue a full refund (including deposit) in such cases at our discretion
All watches will ship via our authorized logistics partners.
Once shipped, your watch becomes subject to our Return Policy.
Shipping is free worldwide.
Flux Watches ships all watches using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) where applicable — meaning import duties and courier fees are covered by us.
However, VAT, GST, or other local sales taxes are not included in the preorder price and may be collected by your local tax authority upon delivery.
By completing your preorder checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Preorder Terms & Conditions, including the $500 non‑refundable deposit clause.
